Beachfront Penthouse at Praia dos Anjos with Private Pool and Barbecue Grill

→ Important rules and information

We are Nossa Temporada, and we have prepared this penthouse with great care to welcome you and your family. Please remember that this is a residential rental.

For this reason, we kindly ask that the apartment, neighbors, common areas and condominium rules be respected throughout your stay.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in warnings, fines or even termination of the stay.

→ Apartment access
• Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock with a password, offering more convenience and security during your stay.
• On the day of check-in, you will receive all access instructions and the accommodation password.
• There is no need to use keys or cards to enter the apartment.

→ Pre check-in and guest identification
• To authorize access to the condominium, it is mandatory to complete the pre check-in link with the information of all guests, including children and babies.
• The form must be completed at least 72 hours, 3 days, before check-in.
• Without the complete pre check-in, access to the condominium and apartment cannot be released.
• Access will be allowed only to guests registered in the reservation.

→ Visitors
• Visitors are not allowed during the stay.
• Only previously registered and authorized guests will have access to the condominium and apartment. • The entry of unregistered people may result in condominium fines, additional charges and/or cancellation of the stay, without refund.

→ Maximum capacity
• The maximum capacity of the penthouse is 8 guests, including babies and children.
• The number of guests informed in the reservation must be respected throughout the entire stay.

→ Suite preparation
• The penthouse has 3 suites and is prepared according to the number of guests informed in the reservation.
• For reservations of up to 4 guests, 2 suites are prepared.
• From 6 guests onward, all 3 suites are available.
• The use of additional suites must be requested before check-in, so the corresponding amount can be adjusted.
• All common areas of the penthouse remain fully available throughout the stay.

→ Automation and equipment
• The penthouse has an automation system to provide more comfort and convenience during the stay.
• We kindly ask guests not to change settings, press programming buttons or make adjustments to automation equipment, TVs, remote controls or other devices.
• If improper changes are identified and a technical visit is required to reprogram or restore the system, a service fee starting from R$ 500.00 may be charged.

→ Safety and care when leaving
• When leaving, keep doors and windows closed and locked.
• Check that faucets, showers, stove, barbecue grill, iron and other appliances are turned off after use.
• Do not leave air conditioning, lights or equipment on when leaving the apartment.
• The iron must be used carefully and must never be left on unattended.
• Damages, waste or expenses caused by misuse may be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

→ Silence and good coexistence
• Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Parties, events, loud music or any behavior that may disturb neighbors and other condominium residents are not allowed.
• Fines applied to the unit by the condominium administration, related to guest behavior, will be fully charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

→ Common areas
• The use of the identification wristband is mandatory in the condominium common areas.
• Common areas must be used according to the rules, schedules and guidelines defined by the condominium.
• We kindly ask all guests to respect the internal rules throughout the stay.

→ Smoking
• Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
• It is allowed only in the external area of the penthouse, always with care and proper disposal of cigarette butts.
• Signs of smoking inside the apartment, such as odor, ashes or cigarette butts, may result in an extra cleaning charge, as this affects the preparation of the space for the next guests.

→ Barbecue grill
• The barbecue grill is available for guest use.
• After use, we kindly ask that it be left clean.

→ Kitchen
• Before washing the dishes, please throw food scraps in the trash.
• This helps prevent clogging and keeps everything working properly for your stay and for the next guests.

→ Bathrooms
• Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary pads, diapers or any other materials down the toilet.
• If repairs are needed due to misuse, the expense will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

→ Bed and bath linens
• The accommodation is delivered with bed and bath linens according to the number of guests informed in the reservation.
• We do not provide free linen changes during the stay. If needed, we can check availability for an additional fee.
• Please do not use towels or bed linens to clean makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, blood, chemical products or anything that may cause permanent stains.

→ Delivery and orders
• Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the condominium.
• Delivery orders must be picked up by the guest at the front desk/security gate.

→ Pets
• The accommodation is pet friendly upon prior consultation and payment of a fee.
• The presence of pets must be informed before the reservation or before check-in, so that the rules and applicable fees can be aligned.

→ Forgotten items
• Before check-out, please check all areas to avoid leaving personal belongings behind.
• We are not responsible for items left in the property after departure.
• If any item is found by our team, we will inform the guest. Whenever possible, we will try to assist with pickup or shipping, but logistics, deadlines and costs will be the guest’s responsibility, according to operational availability.

→ Third-party services
• Occasional interruptions in electricity, water, internet, TV, telephone, gas or other services provided by third parties may occur and are beyond our control.

→ Check-out
• Check-out must be completed by the time informed in the reservation.
• We kindly ask for punctuality so the team can inspect, clean and prepare the property for the next guests.
• Before leaving, please dispose of the trash properly and leave the property in good condition.

→ Care for the space
• Please use the penthouse responsibly and take care of it as if it were your own.
• If any item is damaged during the stay, please let us know. This way, we can resolve it in the best possible way and keep the space in perfect condition for the next guests.
