Located in a beachfront condominium in Arraial do Cabo, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy the proximity to the beaches and relax in a comfortable air-conditioned environment. 2 bedrooms: One suite with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for families with children or groups of friends. 2 full bathrooms: Both equipped with gas-powered hot showers for your comfort. Equipped kitchen: Features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, water filter, utensils, and dishes to easily prepare your meals. Laundry area with a washing machine. Living room: Spacious and cozy, with a sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Dining room: Table with 4 seats. Balcony with a sea view: A great space to enjoy the scenery and local atmosphere, featuring a private gas grill and outdoor dining table, along with barbecue utensils. Parking space: 1 spot available during your stay. Considered the best condominium in the city, it also offers 24-hour security, covered parking, and a pool, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. Access to the apartment: During your stay, you will receive an access card that allows you to enter the apartment.
