Failure to comply with these rules may result in the interruption or cancellation of your stay. **Bed linen and towels** → We do not provide linen or towel changes during the stay. If needed, please contact us in advance. This service is available for an additional fee. **Barbecue grill** → After using the barbecue grill, we kindly ask you to leave it clean. Prefer not to worry about it? We can take care of the cleaning service for R$ 80.00. **Easy access** → To make your arrival more practical, access to the apartment is made through an electronic lock. On the day of check-in, you will receive all instructions and your access password. **Bathroom** → To avoid clogging, please do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilet. Repairs caused by misuse will be charged to the guest. **Kitchen** → Before washing the dishes, please dispose of food leftovers in the trash. This helps prevent sink clogs and keeps everything working properly. **Access wristband** → The use of the identification wristband is mandatory in all condominium areas. We kindly ask all guests to wear it throughout the entire stay. **Damages to the apartment** → If any item is damaged, please inform us immediately. This helps us keep the space in perfect condition for the next guests. **Apartment automation** This apartment has an automation system designed to provide more comfort and convenience during your stay. We kindly ask that you do not change settings, press programming buttons, or make any adjustments to the automation equipment. If improper changes are identified and a technical visit is required to reprogram or restore the system, a service fee of R$ 500.00 may be charged. **Check-in and checkout** • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Checkout: until 11:00 AM • Maximum of 4 guests, including children and babies **House rules** • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment • External visitors are not allowed • Pool maintenance takes place once a week.
