To ensure a comfortable stay and help us keep the apartment in excellent condition, please read the following guidelines carefully.

→ Beds and linens

All beds have waterproof mattress protectors.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, and the beds are prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation:

• 2 guests: 1 double bed prepared

• To use the second double bed, the reservation must include at least 3 guests.

• To have all beds available and prepared, the reservation must include at least 5 guests.

• If you require a different bed configuration, please contact our team in advance.

→ Bath towels are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation.

→ Blankets are provided according to the number of beds prepared, not individually per guest.

We do not provide complimentary linen or towel changes during the stay. If you need fresh linens or towels, please request them in advance. This service is available for an additional fee:

• Bath towel: R$ 10.00 per item

• Single bed linen set: R$ 30.00

• Double bed linen set: R$ 40.00

→ Bathrooms

• We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as an initial courtesy. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.

• To prevent blockages, please do not dispose of toilet paper, personal hygiene products, or other items in the toilet.

• Repairs required due to improper use may be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

→ Kitchen

• Before washing dishes, please dispose of food scraps in the trash. This helps prevent blockages and keeps the kitchen sink working properly.

• Please take care of all utensils, appliances, and other items provided in the apartment.

→ Care of linens and the apartment

• If any item is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately.

• Permanent stains, damage, or improper use of bed linens, towels, utensils, furniture, or equipment may result in a charge for specialized cleaning, repair, or replacement of the affected item.

→ Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Smoking is only permitted in authorized outdoor areas.

• If cigarette odor, residue, or the need for additional treatment or cleaning is identified inside the accommodation, an additional cleaning fee may be charged, along with any applicable condominium fines.

→ Occupancy and visitors

• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests, including children and infants.

• External visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted.

• All guests must be included in the reservation and properly registered to access the condominium.

→ Pre-check-in and condominium access

• The pre-check-in form sent by our team must be completed with the full name and identification document of every guest, preferably at least 72 hours in advance.

• Providing the correct information is necessary so that we can arrange prior authorization for access to the condominium.

→ Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Check-in and check-out are handled in person by our team at the property, including the delivery and return of the keys.

For arrivals after regular check-in hours, the following additional fees apply:

• After 7:00 PM: R$ 60.00

• After 12:00 AM (midnight): R$ 120.00

• After midnight, an additional R$ 50.00 will be charged for each extra hour of waiting.

→ Fees for check-in/check-out outside regular hours must be paid directly to the person responsible for the in-person service.

Please inform our team in advance of any changes to your expected arrival time.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee.

→ Keys and access tags

• All keys, remote controls, and access tags provided during the stay must be returned at check-out.

• In case of loss, damage, or failure to return an item, a fee of R$ 200.00 per item will be charged.
